IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is an IT management framework detailing best practices for delivering IT services. It is the top-requested IT credential in U.S. and Arizona job postings.

The course will familiarize you with the key elements, concepts and terminology found in ITIL, in preparation for taking the ITIL Foundations exam. It is suitable for IT professionals who need a basic understanding of the ITIL framework or who will be working in an organization that has adopted ITIL.

Training is generally 16-20 hours long, with the ITIL Foundations exam being offered at the conclusion of the course. Testing is optional but highly recommended.

The fee for the program includes instruction, the textbook and reasonable one-on-one assistance from the instructor. Discounts are available for groups, University of Arizona-affiliated, and DoD-affiliated participants.
