Jo Ann Bedwell is CaPE's Administrative Associate, providing administrative and customer support in addition to organizing and directing the day-to-day operations of the CaPE office.

Jo Ann serves as a point of contact for CaPE, workforce development, faculty, outside agencies and the public, working closely with students and industry and community partners.

After spending nearly two decades working in Continuing Education, Jo Ann knows the importance of tending to the needs of nontraditional students as they expand their education and professional knowledge to master a new career.

In her own life, she has been a bank merchant teller, hotel front office associate and a human resource representative for a local party rental company. She is passionate about helping workforce and nontraditional students find a new career path.
