Ariel Gilbert-Knight is the Program Operations Manager at CaPE. She helps implement the technologies that underlie CaPE’s cutting-edge educational offerings, and she also manages CaPE’s website, registration system and marketing. 

Ariel is passionately inspired by how continuing education can enhance the lives of individuals and communities. Prior to joining CaPE, she was the content director at a San Francisco-based nonprofit where she developed educational programs to help nonprofit and library staff around the world learn new technology skills. 

She has also worked as a legal secretary, a business analyst, a freelance writer and editor, and a marketing strategist. In each of these roles, she needed to learn a wide variety of new skills. As an enthusiastic lifelong learner, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
