Dana Von Berg

Instructional Designer

Dana Von Berg is the Instructional Designer for CaPE where she builds interactive and engaging learning experiences for CaPE learners.  

Dana’s work in higher education began at Pima Community College where she worked in the libraries handling various tasks such as circulation, course reserves and providing reference services. Dana has worked at the University of Arizona for 21 years. Her work began in the Main Library where she started out in the accounting department then moved to work in electronic course reserves, document delivery and interlibrary loan. Her most recent position in Interlibrary Loan  (ILL) involved training new staff in processing ILL requests and handling many other types of complex processes. Out of this work emerged an interest in both training and instructional design. She completed her M.Ed. in Educational Technology from NAU in May of 2022. Dana also has an M.A. in Information Resources & Library Science from the University of Arizona.

Dana enjoys learning new things every day is very happy to be part of the CaPE team where she can make a positive contribution to the educational endeavors of our learners.
