Viviana Alexis Ortiz is a graduate of the University of Arizona and a program coordinator for CaPE. She works with and oversees a variety of non-credit educational programs within CaPE's wide portfolio of programs. 

Viviana's career in higher education began as a Coordinator for Communications and Outreach within the University of Arizona's Student Success and Retention Innovation department. She most recently worked for Guild Education helping non-traditional learners enroll in credit-based programs or degrees. 

She is passionate about working with learners in non-traditional education or professional development settings and continues to be very involved with various organizations that support this during her personal time.
