What is the NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Systems and Analytics Certification?

Master the tools retail professionals use every day.

The NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Systems and Analytics Certification teaches you how to use NielsenIQ's Retail Measurement Services (RMS) platform to analyze point-of-sale data and develop actionable business recommendations. RMS is the industry-standard tool for measuring sales performance, market share, distribution, promotional effectiveness, and pricing across retail channels.

This course is built around practical application. You will work with real NielsenIQ tools, data sets, and analytical methods across six sequential modules. Four hands-on challenges simulate actual business scenarios, and the course concludes with a proctored certification exam. A score of 80% or higher is required for certification. All assessments can be retaken an unlimited number of times.

Learners who successfully complete the course receive a digital Certificate of Completion from Arizona Online. A printed certificate is available upon request. This micro-credential does not provide academic credit toward a degree program.
