Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates
The safety of our students, instructors, staff and community is our highest priority. We are continuing to monitor this evolving situation, and we will provide updates here if other Continuing & Professional Education (CaPE) operations are affected.
Certification exam scheduling may be affected by coronavirus/COVID-19. See our Certification Exam Updates page to see if your testing provider or certifying organization is affected.
Transition to Working Remotely
As of March 13, University staff have been encouraged to work from home. We are confident that we have the right technology in place to allow Continuing & Professional Education operations to continue uninterrupted.
What this means:
- Our office building is currently closed, so we will not be able to meet in the office or accommodate walk-in student inquiries.
- Please use the contact form, email or phone (520-626-5091) to contact us. All contact form inquiries, emails and calls will be returned, but there may be a slight delay in responding.
Transition to Online Delivery for In-Person Classes
As of Wednesday, March 18: Continuing & Professional Education in-person classes will transition to an online delivery mode until July 1.
- This change aligns with the University of Arizona announcement that all classes will be "moving from in-person instruction to online instruction wherever possible."
- We will work closely with our students and instructors to ensure the transition to online instruction is as seamless as possible.
